Sales & Installation Consultant (Bespoke Cabinetry) Area: Bloemfontein, Free State Salary: R20 000 + Company Vehicle Our client, a well-established company in the joinery and woodwork industry is seeking an experienced Sales & Installation Consultant specialising in Bespoke Cabinetry to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cabinetry, combined with excellent client facing skills. The successful candidate must be professional and confident when dealing with clients, able to understand their needs and translate these into practical cabinetry designs and solutions. The role will involve consulting with clients, preparing designs and quotations , compiling cutting lists , and overseeing the building and installation of bespoke kitchen and bedroom cupboards. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in cabinet designing, making, and installation Strong knowledge of bespoke kitchen and bedroom cupboards Previous experience working directly with clients in a professional capacity Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable cabinetry solutions Ability to prepare cabinetry designs based on client requirements Experience preparing accurate quotations and costing for cabinetry projects Ability to prepare accurate cutting lists Strong knowledge of cabinetry materials, hardware, fittings and installation methods Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Strong understanding of measurements and accurate site measurements Practical experience in building, assembling and installing cupboards Excellent attention to detail and finishing standards Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills Professional, organised and reliable Ability to manage projects from initial client consultation through to completion Must be willing to travel to client and project sites when required Valid driver’s licence required Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their cabinetry requirements, preferences and budget Provide professional advice and recommend suitable cabinetry solutions Take accurate measurements and assess installation areas Develop cabinetry designs according to client requirements and specifications Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for projects Prepare cutting lists and calculate required materials Read and interpret plans, drawings and cabinetry specifications Coordinate the building, assembly and installation of bespoke cupboards Assist with or oversee the installation of kitchen and bedroom cupboards Ensure cabinetry is correctly fitted, aligned, levelled and finished to a high standard Liaise with clients throughout the project and provide regular updates where required Ensure projects are completed according to agreed specifications and timelines Identify and resolve any installation or fitment issues Ensure a high standard of workmanship, neatness and attention to detail Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service Travel to various client and project sites as required If you do not receive feedback in 5 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful 078 619 0724
