About this role
As a Senior Developer, you’ll lead the technical evolution of our core platforms—including the MDM Exchange and Catalytix—while architecting brand-new product suites. You will split your time between hands-on feature engineering, high-impact architecture, and mentoring junior developers within an Agile environment. The Tech Stack Deep-Dive Must-Haves: Front-End: Advanced React (Context API, complex component hierarchies), Modern JavaScript (ES6+, functional programming, asynchronous patterns) State Management & UI: Redux or MobX, Modern CSS / CSS-in-JS, Responsive Design Tooling & Build: Webpack (configuration & optimization, code splitting, tree shaking), Git Testing & Security: Jest, React Testing Library (Unit, Integration, E2E), Front-End Security best practices Languages & Architecture: Broad proficiency in multi-language environments (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript) with deep expertise in algorithms, data structures, and system design. Nice-to-Haves: Server-Side Rendering (SSR) experience Custom design system & reusable component library generation Key Responsibilities (Keep it brief) Architecture & Strategy: Design resilient, scalable software architectures, establish protocols for security/bug resolution, and spearhead zero-downtime deployment strategies. Engineering Excellence: Deliver clean code, conduct rigorous architecture reviews, and maintain high test coverage across all products.
