Our client, a well-established and growing company within the manufacturing and technical products sector, is currently seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Kenilworth. RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the first point of contact for customers and provide professional assistance through telephone, email, online and walk-in enquiries. Manage customer orders from initial enquiry through to final delivery or collection. Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and relevant delivery documentation accurately. Assist customers with product availability, pricing, lead times and order requirements. Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly and on time. Keep customers updated regarding outstanding orders, back-orders, stock availability and delivery delays. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide efficient after-sales support. Resolve customer queries, returns and complaints promptly, escalating more complex matters when required. Keep customer profiles, sales information and order records accurate and up to date on the company's CRM/sales system. Monitor stock on key product lines and communicate potential shortages or replenishment requirements to management. Provide administrative and sales support to the external sales team where required. Assist with checking delivery and dispatch documentation against invoices and orders. Maintain organized electronic and physical records relating to customers, sales and dispatch. Assist with general office administration, including stationery and office supplies. Handle petty cash and other basic administrative duties as required. Ensure all sales and order-processing activities are completed in line with company procedures. REQUIREMENTS: Matric / Grade 12 is essential. Minimum 2 years' experience in Internal Sales, Sales Administration, Order Processing or a similar customer-facing sales role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience working on a CRM, ERP or sales/stock management system is required; HubSpot experience will be advantageous. Must be organized, proactive and able to manage multiple customer requests and deadlines. Own reliable transport is preferred, particularly due to the early morning working hours.
