About the Role Are you a confident communicator who enjoys working with people and thrives in a target-driven environment? We are looking for a Student Advisor to join our team in Ruimsig. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, building relationships with schools and stakeholders, and guiding students through the journey from initial enquiry and interview through to application and registration. School Engagement & Presentations Deliver engaging presentations at targeted schools to create awareness and generate student interest. Represent the institution at career expos and stakeholder events. Distribute marketing materials and engage directly with prospective students. Build relationships with schools and collect relevant databases. Meet monthly school presentation and database collection targets. Student Engagement & Interviews Proactively contact prospective students and schedule interviews. Follow up on online applications, enquiries and outstanding documentation or payments. Conduct student interviews while building strong relationships with students and parents. Respond promptly to online and telephone enquiries. Meet weekly, monthly and annual interview targets. Applications & Registrations Assist prospective students with the online application process during interviews. Follow up with prospective students to secure outstanding payments and documentation. Conduct calling campaigns to convert interviews into applications. Drive application acceptance and pre-registration fee payments. Support the campus in converting applications into successful registrations. Achieve individual application and registration targets. Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate call reports, interview trackers and CRM records. Ensure interview forms are completed accurately and supporting documentation is valid. Keep relevant systems and reports up to date. Provide regular reporting as required by the Head: Student Recruitment. What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum Requirements Education: 3-year Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communication or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years' sales experience . Additional Requirement: Valid driver's licence and own vehicle are essential.
