About the Opportunity A well-established and growing organisation based in Century City, Cape Town , is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys financial reporting, management accounting, compliance, and driving process improvements within a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly management accounts. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow reporting. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation, and statutory requirements. Prepare financial reports and analyse financial performance. Liaise with auditors during annual audits. Maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial processes. Support finance projects and business improvement initiatives. Assist with VAT, tax, and regulatory submissions. Provide support to the Financial Manager and broader finance team. Minimum Requirements BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification. Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles advantageous. 3-5 years' relevant accounting experience. Strong financial reporting and management accounting experience. Advanced Excel skills. Experience working on ERP systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
