Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the full accounting function and ensure financial accuracy. Manage and improve financial processes and controls. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances. Oversee the General Ledger and month-end reporting processes. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies. Provide meaningful financial insights to support business decisions. Support leadership with ad hoc reporting and analysis. Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and controls Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom Accounting degree or equivalent qualification. 5-8 years' accounting experience. Articles advantageous but not essential. Manufacturing industry experience beneficial. Strong experience with Pastel and/or Sage Payroll. Payroll experience is essential. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to deliver results in a deadline-driven environment. Apply now!
