CONTROL PLANT ENGINEER | PTM&C ENGINEER Our client is looking for an experienced Control Plant Engineer (PTM&C Engineer) to join their team and contribute to exciting high-voltage substation projects. Salary: R780,000 per annum – negotiable based on experience and qualifications The successful candidate will work as a Consulting Engineer , playing a key role in the planning, design and specification of protection, control and automation systems within high-voltage substations. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong technical expertise who is looking to be involved in complex power-system projects and work within a professional consulting environment. Key focus areas include: Protection, control and automation systems High-voltage substations Engineering design and specifications Technical planning and project requirements Consulting engineering services Development and review of technical documentation Minimum requirements: Bachelor degree in electrical engineering ( BEng ), Bachelor of Technology degree in electrical engineering (BTech), or equivalent. Registered or eligible for registration with ECSA (advantageous). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical engineering, specifically protection and control within high-voltage substations.
