About this role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stream transformational initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex, multi-stream transformation projects and programmes from initiation through to delivery. Develop and maintain comprehensive integrated project plans across multiple workstreams. Establish and maintain effective project governance structures, processes and reporting frameworks. Identify, track and manage cross-project dependencies and critical paths. Monitor project budgets, expenditure, forecasts and financial performance. Manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure delivery against agreed scope, timelines and contractual commitments. Provide accurate and timely project reporting to executives, steering committees and other key stakeholders. Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards and presentations. Facilitate project and programme governance forums, steering committees and project meetings. Proactively identify delivery risks and implement appropriate corrective actions. Ensure alignment between project objectives, business requirements and strategic transformation goals. Coordinate multiple project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery. Manage scope, timelines, resources, quality and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Drive stakeholder communication and ensure transparency across all project workstreams. Support organisational change and business readiness activities where required. Ensure project documentation, decisions and actions are appropriately recorded and maintained. Minimum Requirements Minimum 10 years' experience in project and programme management. Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream transformational initiatives. Strong experience in integrated project planning and programme coordination. Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate effectively with executivelevel stakeholders. Strong experience in project governance and executive reporting. Proven experience managing: RAID Dependencies Budgets and financial controls Vendors and third parties Integrated project plans Executive reporting Experience working across multiple teams, business units and workstreams. Strong understanding of project and programme management methodologies and governance practices. Advantageous Experience within the financial services or payments industry. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or MSP certification. Experience managing large-scale business or technology transformation programmes.
