Our client, a well-established engineering consultancy based in Cape Town, is looking for a dynamic Fire BIM Modeller to join their mechanical team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced BIM professional to work across a diverse and exciting project portfolio, collaborating with a skilled, professional team on some of Cape Town's most notable developments. What You'll Be Working On: Large retail centres Commercial office developments High-rise apartment buildings Single luxury homes Hotel developments Industrial distribution centres and warehouses Mixed-use developments Client-specific projects What We're Looking For: 5+ years' relevant BIM Modelling experience Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Sprinkler modelling skills required Specialised BIM training would be advantageous Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with a professional team A collaborative, team-oriented approach Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
