A growing business is looking for a Financial Accountant who is commercially minded, solutions-driven and passionate about automation, process improvement and solving problems . 🔍 KEY FOCUS AREAS 📊 Financial accounting & reporting ⚙️ Process improvement & optimisation 🤖 Automation of finance processes 📈 Financial analysis & insights 🔎 Identifying inefficiencies and solving business problems 🏭 Working closely with operational and commercial teams 📋 Improving controls, processes and reporting 👥 Applying previous leadership experience to influence and drive change 💻 Working with Syspro 🎯 WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: ✔ Is CA(SA) or CIMA qualified ✔ Has 3+ years' relevant experience ✔ Has experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, Product or Pharma environments ✔ Has strong financial accounting fundamentals ✔ Has a genuine interest in automation and process improvement ✔ Has previous leadership/team management exposure ✔ Is analytical, commercially minded and solutions-focused ✔ Doesn't just identify problems — they want to solve them!
