Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a meaningful impact? A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across the business. The successful candidate will partner with management and employees to drive effective people practices, support organisational objectives and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance across all areas of the employee lifecycle. Partner with line management on HR matters, workforce planning and organisational requirements. Manage and support HR processes, systems, controls and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. Identify skills gaps and future workforce requirements and assist with appropriate talent and development initiatives. Support recruitment, selection, interviewing, assessment, reference checking and employee placement. Conduct exit interviews and employee engagement initiatives, identifying trends and opportunities to improve retention. Coordinate training and development initiatives and assist with skills audits and training needs analysis. Provide advice and support on labour relations matters , including disciplinary and grievance processes, incapacity, poor performance and conflict resolution. Represent the organisation at CCMA proceedings where required. Support management with organisational changes, restructuring, transfers and other employee-related matters. Assist with Employment Equity initiatives, diversity programmes and related compliance requirements. Support managers with performance management, KPI alignment, scorecards and performance improvement processes. Provide guidance on remuneration matters, salary structures and pay-related anomalies. Prepare and interpret HR reports, metrics and analytics , identifying key trends and providing insights to management. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data integrity. Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and provide professional, solutions-focused HR advice. Job Experience and Skills Required: A 3-year relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations or a related field. 10–15 years’ operational HR experience . Broad experience across multiple HR disciplines. Strong experience in labour relations and employment legislation . Experience working with HR systems, databases, reporting and HR metrics . Experience supporting managers and employees in a dynamic organisational environment. Working knowledge of relevant South African employment legislation, including the LRA, BCEA, EEA, OHSA and Skills Development legislation . Apply now!
