What I’m Looking For CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification , with a strong technical finance foundation. 8+ years’ senior finance experience , with proven Financial Director or senior finance leadership exposure. Strong experience across financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and performance management . Proven involvement in executive and board-level reporting , strategic decision-making and stakeholder management. Strong commercial understanding, with the ability to identify opportunities, manage risk and drive business performance. Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams within complex or growing organisations.
