We’re looking for a polished, energetic individual who can combine sales, exceptional customer service and strong administrative skills to deliver an outstanding patient experience Minimum requirements: Drive Sales & Patient Styling – Deliver a personalised patient experience while confidently guiding patients on product selection and styling. Lead Remote Testing – Take ownership of the branch-level remote testing process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Manage the Patient Journey – Coordinate bookings, appointment schedules and digital queues to keep the practice running efficiently. Own Administration & Financial Processes – Manage daily administrative workflows and ensure accurate financial reconciliations. Support Practice Performance – Provide high-level operational support and contribute to the smooth, efficient running of the practice. Create Exceptional Patient Experiences – Build strong relationships, deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every patient interaction reflects the highest professional standards.
