Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all plant costing activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Maintain and analyse Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and costing models. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the plant. Monitor and report on Work-in-Progress (WIP), inventory, and manufacturing variances. Prepare monthly management accounts and plant performance reports. Provide meaningful cost analysis and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Partner with plant management and operational teams to support business objectives. Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and reporting standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance and operational functions. Qualifications & Experience: Relevant Finance, Accounting, or Commerce Degree. Minimum 5 years' experience as Management Accounting. Proven experience within a manufacturing or plant environment. Strong knowledge of BOM management, budgeting, forecasting, and WIP analysis. Solid understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory management, and variance analysis. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to build relationships across finance and operations teams.
